An RCOR1 loss-associated gene expression signature identifies a prognostically significant DLBCL subgroup

By fongchun on December 10, 2014

Our work in “An RCOR1 loss-associated gene expression signature identifies a prognostically significant DLBCL subgroup” has been published in Blood. This work was led by Fong Chun Chan. This work highlights to date the largest and highest resolution integrative analysis of copy number and gene expression data in DLBCL. Amongst the findings were recurrent and focal deletions in LCOR, RCOR1, and NCOR1. RCOR1 deletions were associated with inferior survival. Functional work identify a gene expression signature associated with RCOR1-loss that identified a subgroup of DLBCL patients with inferior survival. This work implicates for the first time RCOR1 as a novel biomarker in DLBCL patients.
